Description:
Provide guidance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on promoting independence and life skills. Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks. Administer medications, implement behavior plans, and engage residents in community and recreational activities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals with disabilities
- Proficiency in ADL and skill-building support
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of therapeutic and behavioral interventions
- Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
Pay:
