Correctional Licensed Practical Nurse – Medication Administration Specialist
Description :
Provide nursing care by administering medications and performing treatments according to physician orders and the scope of practice. Monitor the effectiveness of treatments, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate residents' medical, social, and functional needs to the care team. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, quality improvement programs, and regular staff meetings to ensure high-quality care delivery.
