Job Title: CT Imaging Coordinator
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive CT imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and imaging standards.
- Conduct daily calibration and maintenance of CT equipment to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Prepare, administer, and document contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals.
- Record and manage detailed patient and procedural information in compliance with departmental policies.
- Implement radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with service technicians for repairs.
- Provide education and reassurance to patients undergoing CT imaging procedures.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and compliance checks.
Skills:
- Expertise in CT imaging and radiopharmaceutical administration.
- Proficiency in patient care and effective communication.
- Ability to manage and document imaging procedures with accuracy.
Education:
- NYS Radiologic Technologist license.
- ARRT certification in CT required.
- Current BLS certification.
Pay Range: Weekly: $2,250 - $3,050
