Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an ultrasound program accredited by the Council for Higher Education (CHEA) or U.S. Department of Education (USDOE).
  • RDMS certification in Abdominal and OB / GYN.
  • Minimum one year of experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties :

  • Operates ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic imaging.
  • Analyzes images to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
  • Documents patient history and communicates findings to radiologists.
  • Maintains ultrasound equipment and ensures quality control standards.
  • Manages daily workflow and patient scheduling.
