Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ultrasound program accredited by the Council for Higher Education (CHEA) or U.S. Department of Education (USDOE).
- RDMS certification in Abdominal and OB/GYN.
- Minimum one year of experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Operates ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic imaging.
- Analyzes images to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
- Documents patient history and communicates findings to radiologists.
- Maintains ultrasound equipment and ensures quality control standards.
- Manages daily workflow and patient scheduling.
Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $2,400 - $2,900 per week
