Dietitian - Clinical Nutrition (Diabetes Management)
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in diabetes nutrition or healthcare.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist in New York State.
Duties:
- Provides medical nutrition therapy for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
- Educates patients on carbohydrate counting, insulin management, and portion control.
- Develops individualized nutrition plans to improve blood glucose control.
- Works closely with endocrinologists and diabetes educators.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts dietary recommendations accordingly.
Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $1,900 - $2,400 per week
