Endoscopy Procedure Room Specialist
Duties:
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care during endoscopy procedures.
- Set up and maintain endoscopy equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assist with EKGs, and manage oxygen and suction setups.
- Maintain inventory control, restock supplies, and retrieve endoscopy reports as required.
- Provide patients with clear instructions and respond to emergencies with composure.
- Transport patients and equipment as needed and assist with direct care tasks.
Skills Required:
- Experience in endoscopy procedure support and medical equipment maintenance.
- BLS certification mandatory; ACLS or PALS is an advantage.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; NA/PCA certification strongly preferred.
Stipend Range: $89,000 - $110,000 annually.
