Job Title: Financial Claims Investigator
Duties:
- Verify and submit claims accurately to payers, ensuring timely processing.
- Address and resolve rejections, denials, and discrepancies with efficiency.
- Process and post all forms of payments and adjustments to accounts.
- Generate and review insurance and patient balance reports, addressing overdue payments.
- Offer exceptional billing support to patients and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management and actively participate in ongoing training.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of claims management and billing systems.
- Proficient in account reconciliation and customer service.
- Multilingual skills (English, Spanish, French) are advantageous.
Education:
