Job Title: Fleet Support Coordinator
Location: Springdale, AR – 72764
Duration: 3 Months (Extension Possible)
Shift: 40 Hrs per week
Overview:
- Assist in the support and management of a regional fleet to optimize performance and ensure safe, timely deliveries.
- Coordinate scheduling, track routes, manage safety documentation, and support compliance activities.
- Exposure to cross-departmental functions including shuttle logistics and long-haul fleet operations.
REQUIREMENTS: be able to work a varying work schedule.
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 6 months of long-haul dispatch experience required.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Requires basic computer skills such as e-mail excel word.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Good verbal and written communication skills.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn and the ability to lead and motivate others.
Looking for people with 6 months long haul dispatch experience, not customer service experience in the transportation field. Must have recent, relevant experience.
