Job Description :
The Floor Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining floorplans within the Blue Yonder Floor Planning System.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Space Planning, Inventory, Assortment Analytics, Visual, Store Design, and Store Operations, to ensure floorplans meet business objectives and customer needs. Coordinate pre-planning deliverables such as store-planogram assignments, recommended brand adjacencies, and analytics with merchants and space teams.
- Communication : Clearly present and simplify complex ideas into actionable documentation for team members.
- Space Productivity : Leverage Floorplan Optimization tools and department lines to provide data-driven recommendations that improve space efficiency and productivity.
