Overview
We are seeking a Functional Lead to oversee business analysis and support key initiatives related to eligibility and enrollment processes. This role involves leading a team of Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with program goals, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide business analysts to ensure project objectives and business requirements are met.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop cross-agency workflows to enhance program efficiency.
- Lead JAD workshops with SMEs, developers, and testers to analyze workflows and business policies.
- Develop and review Business Requirements Documents, RTM, and test cases for comprehensive test coverage.
- Support program execution, monitor deliverables, and track requirements, change management, and defect resolution.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Act as an SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project documentation and execution.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a Functional Lead in IT applications.
- 3 years of experience in benefits and eligibility management processes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile), business operations, and workflow analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, JIRA, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with tight deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
