General Pharmacy Technician
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months of experience assisting in a pharmacy setting or a certified training program (PTCB or ASHP-accredited).
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical procedures and medication handling.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Must pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Assists pharmacists with filling and dispensing prescriptions.
- Organizes and maintains pharmacy stock and supplies.
- Responds to phone inquiries and directs questions to the pharmacist.
- Delivers medications to designated hospital or clinic units.
- Assists with inventory tracking and expiration monitoring.
Pay: Medium weekly pay range: $1,500 - $1,800 per week
