Help Desk Analyst - Radiology IT Support

Job Summary :

Provide high-quality technical support to healthcare professionals, focusing on radiology and hospital information systems. Ensure adherence to SLA standards and deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities :

  • Resolve technical support tickets efficiently, following escalation protocols.
  • Record detailed activity logs and ensure accurate documentation in the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with healthcare IT systems like PACS and EPIC.
  • Provide guidance and support to radiologists and other hospital staff.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in radiology IT support or hospital environments required.
  • Familiarity with systems such as IIS, HIS, and PACS is essential.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Service desk experience preferred, with a focus on healthcare IT.
