Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management. This role focuses on providing functional and technical support for Workday HR systems, including issue resolution, configuration, testing, reporting, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues related to Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
Support ongoing and ad-hoc Workday Absence and Time Tracking processes.
Configure Workday based on updated or new business requirements.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) to document, test, and support system changes.
Assist in compliance, regulatory reporting, and year-end activities within Workday.
Evaluate strategies, identify risks, and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
Design and implement scalable Workday solutions that account for cross-functional dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of technical experience in HRIS, specifically supporting or implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience with Workday payroll and timekeeping configuration.
Workday HR system implementation experience is preferred.
