Job Title : Instructional Designer (Epic Cogito)

Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to provide Epic training support for the integration of a newly acquired medical facility into the healthcare system. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions to end users prior to the system go-live. Post go-live, the candidate will provide hands-on, at-the-elbow support to address any issues, answer questions, and offer real-time assistance to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quickly modify Epic training materials to align with new workflows.
- Conduct in-person training sessions, with the ability to train for up to 9 hours per day.
- Provide in-person at-the-elbow support, up to 12 hours per day, to assist end users with system adoption and issue resolution.
