Title: Lead Dental Assistant

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Two or more years of experience in dental assisting or completion of an accredited program
• Extensive knowledge of general and operative dental procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
• Ability to train and mentor junior dental assistants

Duties:

• Provide advanced chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
• Oversee sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments
• Train and guide dental assistants in best practices and safety standards
• Manage patient intake, record vital signs, and review consent forms
• Assist with administrative operations, including scheduling and documentation

Pay:
High weekly pay range: $1,800 - $2,200
