Description :
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and assisting physicians with examinations and treatments. The nurse will also document healthcare records and complete various evaluations.
Mandatory Skills :
- Valid LPN license required
- Experience with residents with developmental disabilities
- Ability to administer medications and assist in treatments
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- BLS certification required
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and participate in on-call rotation
