Job Title : Maintenance Programs Assistant

Work Type : Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

Description :

Seeking a professional with 5 years of experience in at least two of the following : Fleet Management, Roadway Programs Management, Emergency Operations, or Budgeting. A valid PA Driver’s License is required.

Preferred Skills :

  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Operational management and decision-making
  • Roadway maintenance programs experience
  • Mechanical knowledge and technical capacity
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP / S4 HANA
  • Communication, leadership, and attention to detail

Duties :

  • Coordinate maintenance operations and solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments for project coordination.
  • Assist with budget development and capital planning.
  • Plan and organize fleet operations, including equipment acquisition and disposal.
  • Ensure compliance with federal / state regulations.
  • Evaluate and implement new equipment and programs.
  • Perform safety measures and other related duties.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid PA Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP / S4 HANA.
