Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Technician
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in medication dispensing or completion of a PTCB/ASHP-certified training program.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of drug interactions.
- Must pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Reviews and documents patient medication history.
- Works with pharmacists and nurses to reconcile medications.
- Assists in identifying discrepancies in medication orders.
- Ensures patient medication safety through proper documentation.
- Provides support in patient education regarding prescribed medications.
- Monitors pharmacy stock levels and replenishes supplies.
Pay: High weekly pay range: $1,800 - $2,300 per week
