Neonatal Delivery Technician
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a health-related field or equivalent patient care experience.
- Strong understanding of neonatal and obstetric care procedures.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Assists in deliveries with a focus on neonatal care.
- Prepares delivery rooms following strict aseptic protocols.
- Assists with newborn resuscitation and stabilization when needed.
- Monitors and records mother and baby vital signs.
- Supports OB teams in C-sections and high-risk deliveries.
- Ensures neonatal care equipment is readily available.
