Nurse Practitioner - Trauma Surgery (High Pay Range)
Qualifications :
NYS licensed / registered NP with a specialty in trauma or emergency medicine.
Minimum of three years of experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
CPR, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certification required.
Duties :
Manages trauma patients from initial assessment to post-operative care.
Performs emergency procedures such as chest tube insertion, central line placement, and intubation.
Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, including X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds.
Assists in trauma surgeries as first assist.
Works closely with emergency physicians, surgeons, and critical care teams.
Pay : High weekly pay range : $3,500 - $4,500 per week
