Home Dialysis RN Educator

Location : Rochester, NY

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Home Dialysis RN Educator to guide patients and their families in managing home dialysis. The role focuses on patient education and clinical support for home hemodialysis.

Position Details :

Position Type : RN

FTE Status : Full-time (40 guaranteed hours)

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Saturday Requirement : No

Specialty Requirements :

Experience in home dialysis education with NxStage familiarity
