Operating Room Surgical Tech
Qualifications:
- Active BLS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent operating room experience in a Level 1 trauma or teaching hospital.
- Scrub experience in general surgery and specialty areas (ortho, neuro, trauma, vascular, ENT, GYN, bariatric, GU).
- Must not have had professional license or certification suspended or investigated.
- Certified Surgical Technology certification required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Assist surgeons by scrubbing into complex surgical procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Support surgical teams in high-pressure environments.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterile technique protocols.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: $3,600 - $4,600 per week
