Outpatient Phlebotomy Technician
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in an outpatient laboratory or clinic setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Collect blood specimens from patients in an outpatient setting.
- Process and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
- Perform point-of-care testing and glucose tolerance procedures.
- Enter patient and specimen information into the Laboratory Information System.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
Pay: $3,000 - $4,000 per week
