Job Title: Patient Care Associate - Med-Surg Float

Duties:

• Provide direct care to patients, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
• Conduct scheduled safety rounding and maintain patient comfort.
• Assist nurses with specimen collection, EKG setup, and wound care.
• Document and report patient status changes promptly to clinical staff.
• Float across multiple Med-Surg units to provide coverage as needed.

Skills Required:

• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
• Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification required.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,050 - $1,350
