- Maintain care dashboards to ensure timely task management and appointment coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance carriers to resolve issues.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance patient outcomes.
Skills Required:
- 4 years of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Education:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,325 - $1,600
