Job Title: Patient Navigator - Oncology Support
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology patients, providing guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring coordination across multiple departments.
- Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems, including Epic and other scheduling tools.
- Provide face-to-face patient interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain and update patient records using Epic and Excel.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Typing proficiency and experience with Epic (preferred).
- Background in patient navigation within a healthcare environment.
Education:
- Associate degree required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,250 - $1,500
