Job Title: Patient Registration Associate
Duties:
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars in a medical practice setting.
- Register patients and verify all clinical, demographic, and financial details.
- Collect and reconcile payments daily, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Process referrals and pre-authorizations, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
- Enter coding information (CPT-4, ICD-9) into the system for billing purposes.
- Provide assistance at the front desk, including patient check-ins and inquiries.
- Oversee patient flow in the waiting room and proactively resolve issues.
Skills Required:
