Duties:
- Maintain continuous observation of patients requiring close monitoring.
- Provide support for individuals at risk of self-harm, confusion, agitation, or falls.
- Assist with mobility, toileting, hygiene, and basic care tasks.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff to ensure patient safety.
