Pediatric Phlebotomist
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in pediatric and neonatal blood collection preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Perform venipuncture and heel sticks for pediatric patients.
- Ensure a comfortable and calming experience for young patients.
- Collect and process specimens according to pediatric protocols.
- Accurately enter patient demographics and test orders into the system.
- Maintain sterility, patient confidentiality, and adherence to infection control policies.
Pay: $2,800 - $3,800 per week
