Perinatal Technician
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience in patient care.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques.
- Experience in OB or surgical environments preferred.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
- Supports nurses in monitoring and assisting laboring patients.
- Prepares and maintains sterile environments for deliveries.
- Assists in the setup of labor and delivery rooms.
- Monitors and records patient vitals.
- Serves as the scrub technician for OB surgical procedures.
- Provides assistance with patient hygiene and mobility.
