Physical Therapy Assistant - Clinic and Patient Care Coordinator
Job Summary:
Facilitate the delivery of physical therapy care by assisting clinicians and managing clinic operations. Ensure patients have a seamless experience while supporting therapists in achieving rehabilitation objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient preparation and therapy activities as directed by therapists.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean clinical environment.
- Monitor supply levels and initiate restocking orders.
- Handle patient intake, scheduling, and check-out procedures.
- Travel to off-site clinics to provide additional support when required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Rehab Aide or similar role preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and float between sites.
Strong organizational and communication skil
