Principal Engineer / Capital Cost Estimator – Biopharmaceuticals

Description : The Principal Engineer / Capital Cost Estimator is responsible for delivering detailed cost estimates and supporting capital management for biopharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and validate capital project estimates.
  • Conduct risk analysis, estimate trending, and value engineering exercises.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to develop cost-efficient strategies.
  • Lead estimation reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Mandatory Skills :

  • 8 years of experience in cost estimating for biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong capital planning, financial modeling, and estimating software expertise.
  • Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
