Job Title: QA Tester (iOS Mobile – 3 Years)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an agile testing environment and at least 3 years of experience with iOS mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and will work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand the test team work plan and provide input for process improvements.
- Assist in managing and directing test team activities and workflows.
- Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting testing processes and outcomes.
- Develop contingency plans as required to address project risks.
- Research issues and proactively provide solutions before escalation.
- Guide and mentor junior testers in the team as needed.
- Collaborate with application teams to plan and execute component and assembly tests.
- Define test plans and establish acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain testing standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Plan and control test environments and conduct inspections to resolve any issues.
- Work closely with program managers and application teams to coordinate and execute product tests.
- Monitor progress and report estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and provide timely status updates.
- Conduct structured walk-throughs, inspections, and resolve issues as needed.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Develop test models, including test plans, test data, and test scripts.
- Execute various types of tests such as product tests, system tests, unit tests, load tests, and volume tests.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4 years of experience in an agile software testing environment.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with iOS mobile testing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed.
- Experience in creating test models, test plans, and performing structured walk-throughs.
- Ability to identify and track issues, risks, and action items efficiently.
Highly Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
