Description:
The RN Endoscopy Recovery Nurse provides specialized care to patients following endoscopic procedures. This role focuses on ensuring patients recover effectively from sedation, monitoring vital signs, and managing any complications post-procedure. The nurse will also provide education to patients and families for optimal post-operative care. No on-call shifts are required, with a Monday to Friday work schedule.
Mandatory Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 years of experience in endoscopy or recovery care.
- Ability to monitor patient recovery and manage post-procedure complications.
- Strong patient education skills, especially related to post-operative care.
- Experience with patient assessments before and after procedures.
- Flexibility to work during weekdays without call shifts.
Pay:
Medium/High Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
