Description:
The RN Labor and Delivery Nurse (LDRP) provides comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and post-partum recovery. This role involves managing the labor process, assisting with delivery, and providing immediate post-birth care for both mother and newborn. Nurses in this position will monitor fetal heart rates, administer medications, and offer emotional support throughout labor. Night shifts are required, with a 12-hour shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
Mandatory Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with recent experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D).
- Proficient in managing laboring patients, fetal monitoring, and delivery assistance.
- Ability to provide post-partum care for both mother and newborn.
- Experience with neonatal resuscitation and emergency deliveries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction.
Pay:
Medium/High Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
