Job Title: RN Quality Management Specialist
Location: Remote (New York Region)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 20-week (covering FTE on FMLA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical quality reviews and ensure compliance with MBSAQIP standards.
- Perform data collection, validation, and analysis to support quality improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and accreditation bodies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Utilize scientific data collection methodologies to assess clinical outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Support documentation and reporting related to quality assurance programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline (Required).
- New York State licensure as an RN, Certified Nurse Specialist, PA, NP, or another clinical discipline (Preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience (Required).
- Understanding of basic principles of scientific data collection & analysis (Required)
