Position: RN - Unit Manager

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and adjust patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, facility policies, and best practices.
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions, ensuring proper treatment and timely interventions.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance evaluations for nurses and support staff.
- Facilitate communication between nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals for seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing management or leadership roles.
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Covid vaccination card required.
