Job Title: SaaS Platform Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role will support various IT service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Performance Analytics. The Administrator will also assist in designing and implementing solutions, integrating systems, and developing reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Support ITSM processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Develop and modify dashboards, reports, and knowledge documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize platform functionality.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Power BI, PowerApps, Salesforce, Agile methodologies.
