School Nurse - Event and Field Trip Support

  • Pay : Total stipend of $125,000 annually

Qualifications :

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to manage health emergencies and coordinate with school staff

    • Performance Responsibilities :

  • Provide healthcare services to students during field trips and extracurricular events.
  • Accompany students on field trips, ensuring they receive proper medical care if needed and that health protocols are followed.
  • Ride on the bus with students to and from field trip locations, ensuring student safety and well-being.
  • Handle medical emergencies, administer first aid, and provide health guidance to staff and students.
  • Maintain health records, documenting any treatments administered during field trips.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to prepare for and address any health-related concerns prior to the trip.
