Job Description:
We are looking for a Scientific Data Integration Analyst to support laboratory operations and instrument connectivity efforts within our advanced automated lab. You’ll contribute directly to enhancing data accessibility, flow, and integrity across laboratory systems used in pharmaceutical research.
Responsibilities:
- Build interfaces between lab instruments and data storage systems to enable seamless data capture
- Write, test, and implement scripts and tools to automate lab workflows and support analytical teams
- Troubleshoot issues related to lab equipment communication and data retrieval
- Collaborate across scientific and IT teams to ensure automation solutions align with lab needs
- Document workflows and support continuous improvement efforts in lab infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Computer Science
- 2 years of experience in lab data systems or automation integration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, VBScript, SQL, PowerBI
- Understanding of scientific instrumentation and automated workflows
Preferred:
- Previous experience with pharmaceutical lab environments
- Exposure to visualization tools like Spotfire or cloud platforms like AWS
- Familiarity with lab automation control software
Salary : $35 - $38
