Job Description :
The Service Desk 1 position is responsible for providing technical support within the central 270 beltway area of Columbus, OH. This role involves troubleshooting networking and software issues, deploying hardware / software, providing deskside support, and maintaining documentation. The Service Desk team ensures the functionality of infrastructure and software, delivering exceptional customer service while performing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- 75% : Troubleshoot and resolve networking and software issues, update tickets, deploy / install hardware / software, imaging, and reformat systems.
- 20% : Maintain and document procedures, load and validate software, test, and provide support for application software.
- 5% : Perform other related duties as required.

Active CompTIA A certification.
Preferred :
2 years of experience with PC-based applications, network print management, and tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Altiris.
