Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to clients of all ages, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children and adults to evaluate communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and therapeutic goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress, patient records, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on speech and language disorders and offer strategies for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of group therapy programs, as needed.
