Technical Support Specialist - Healthcare Systems
Job Summary:
Provide technical support for healthcare systems, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining operational efficiency. Deliver outstanding customer service while documenting all activities thoroughly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Document all actions and communications within the support system.
- Troubleshoot issues with imaging and hospital systems, including PACS and EPIC.
- Communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a hospital IT or radiology support environment required.
- Proficiency with healthcare systems like IIS, HIS, PACS, and Athena.
- Strong typing ability (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Prior experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
