Duties:
- Continuously observe and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
- Monitor and report changes in vital signs and cardiac waveforms promptly.
- Ensure proper lead placement and troubleshoot any monitoring issues.
- Apply knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology in daily responsibilities.
- Support patient care by collaborating with the nursing and medical staff.
Skills Required:
- 1 year of acute care experience, including vital signs monitoring.
- Proficiency in interpreting cardiac waveforms and rhythms.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- EKG certification required.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,300 - $1,600
