Therapeutic Dietitian

Job Summary :

Provide therapeutic nutrition interventions to address specific patient needs in a healthcare setting. Evaluate, plan, and monitor individualized nutrition programs to support health and recovery goals.

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients.
Develop and implement therapeutic meal plans tailored to individual needs.
Track patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional nutrition guidelines.

Qualifications :

Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Certified as a Dietitian / Nutritionist in NYS.

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical nutrition role
