Job Description:
The Time and Attendance Administrator will provide process and transactional support to the Finance department, ensuring accurate maintenance of the No Fault Point System and related records. The role involves generating reports from HR systems such as Workday and Kronos, distributing and accounting for disciplinary documentation, and scanning and filing documents electronically.
This position requires collaboration across departments and levels of leadership in a team-based environment. The Administrator will address team member inquiries, track attendance and light duty, assist HR with attendance policies, and provide documentation to supervisors. A self-directed and detail-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze reports using HR systems (Workday and Kronos).
- Maintain the No Fault Point System and handle disciplinary documentation.
- File and manage electronic records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with attendance tracking, light duty assignments, and policy administration.
- Collaborate with HR and supervisors to ensure accurate records and compliance.
- Perform data entry and accounts management using computer software.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of office experience; time and attendance experience preferred.
- Software Skills: 1-3 years of experience with Kronos, Excel, and Workday.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in personal computer use, advanced Excel skills, and 10-key preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Soft Skills: Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to handle confidential information.
