Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Asscoc. Product Manager, Technical Operations in our Clinical Engagement Center department!
Telehealth is a rapidly growing technology, paving the future of healthcare! How do healthcare providers adopt the latest and greatest technology, while continuing to provide quality patient care? If this question intrigues you, come join the Clinical Engagement Center’s growing Technical Operations team, which is tasked with implementing and managing new and innovative telehealth tools to provide best-in-class healthcare services to patients! Working in tandem with the Product Manager, the Associate Product Manager (APM), Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) Technical Operations will be responsible for providing technical and product management support for the CEC, which provides telehealth services to patients across the nation. The APM will develop a working knowledge of all CEC applications including the call center platform, MTM software, STARs software, and other internal applications like NCRx and 3D. The APM will interface with client and internal stakeholders to understand needs and areas for improvement and will collaborate in discussions with vendors to implement applications and improve processes. The APM will ensure the timely and flawless execution of clinical program interventions for our members.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Responsible for the operational oversight and management of applications and products within the CEC, and in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other departments and the division
- Develops a working knowledge of Navitus’ CEC applications including the call center platform, MTM software, STARs software, and internal company applications such as NCRx and 3D
- Continually evaluates and monitors key program metrics including turn-around times, CMR completion rates, answer rates, patient satisfaction scores, and TCPA compliance. Provides SME assistance when process metrics indicate possible risk to compliance or accuracy, and leads any corrective action required once diagnosed
- Develops and continually improves strategies, objectives, and policies for the assigned applications and products, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures/targets
- Provides product support for client implementations. Provides expert subject matter support to Navitus teams representing the client
- Develops and maintains clear and concise documentation for all assigned processes. Maintains process support documentation that other stakeholders may utilize to understand the complex processes that make up the department such as Visios, training materials, call scripts, client reports, etc
- Identifies and documents business requirements for new technical operation processes and services; and tracks changes to existing technical operation processes and services, as needed, to achieve department business goals
- Is a self-directed, informal leader who will ensure appropriate action is taken and followed through for process defects, non-compliance, and/or inefficiencies for assigned processes
- Develops project plans to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree; or 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience and expertise in product management and a track record of tangible success, including leadership and team collaboration/relationship-building/management is preferred
- Professional PBM or healthcare industry work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is preferred
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
