Pay Range

USD $65,686.00 - USD $85,866.90 /Yr.

Overview

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days each week onsite at our Madison campus located at 361 Integrity Dr, Madison, WI 53717.

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Rebate Accountant II to join our team!

The position of Rebate Accountant II acts as a Financial Analysis Accountant for Navitus Accounting Department. The key to candidate success is attention to detail and collaboration with others in Finance, Account Management, Underwriting, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

• Process rebate pass-through disbursements
• Calculate and process other program disbursements
• Analyze financial impact and ongoing monitoring of custom disbursement offerings
• Generate standard and ad hoc reporting
• Perform research and regular financial analysis activities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve reconciling differences
• Prepare journal entries
• Monitor daily bank account activity
• Assist with audit and review preparations
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

• College degree or equivalent experience required in the field of accounting and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• 1-3 years of financial analysis and data insights experience is preferred
• Experience working with accounting software (Oracle preferred)
• Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, HIPAA, and applicable data privacy practices preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite each week at our Madison, WI campus.
