Members of the Client Success team are tasked with delighting customers from day one with a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Business Intelligence Developer (Technical Support) to manage and resolve client issues related to BI systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technical support, blending strong communication and organizational skills with expertise in SQL and BI tools. Key responsibilities include triaging support requests, implementing solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through efficient and effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize support tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving user permissions, access to content, data presentation, and BI platform functionality while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PHI/PII regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide clear updates and technical guidance.
  • Write and execute SQL queries, create and update database objects, and optimize data solutions.
  • Design and enhance BI visualizations and dashboards using globally utilized datasets to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices in support materials.
  • Work proactively to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to BI systems and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts (T-SQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with BI tools and principles, including ETL, analytics, and reporting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and support requests efficiently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service and fostering client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience preferred writing queries, creating tables, and managing database objects (MS SQL Server preferred).
  • 1 years of experience preferred with BI visualization tools (e.g. Domo, Power BI, Tableau).
